Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason.

Exception for digital content

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied via download, where the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the consequent loss of the right of withdrawal (art. 59 Consumer Code). Downloading the digital product constitutes immediate performance of the contract.

Development services

For web development services, withdrawal may be exercised until the service has been fully performed. In case of partial performance, an amount proportional to the work carried out will be retained.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Customer Area; cancellation takes effect from the next billing period. No refunds are provided for periods already billed.

How to request a refund

Refund requests must be sent to info@ideamedia.org stating the order number. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 14 days.
