The shop offers digital products (plugins, software modules), web development services and subscriptions. The essential characteristics of each product are described on the relevant product page.

3. Prices and payments

All prices are expressed in Euros. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Subscription products renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.

4. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded upon payment confirmation. The customer receives an order confirmation email at the address provided during purchase.

5. Delivery of digital products

Digital products are made available for download in the Customer Area immediately after payment confirmation, within the indicated download limits.

6. Intellectual property

All purchased content, software and materials remain the property of IdeaMedia or their respective owners and are licensed for non-exclusive use.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Padova, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
