PROGRESSIVE WEB APP DEVELOPMENT FOR RESTAURANTS AND PIZZERIAS
We have developed a Progressive Web Application (downloadable directly from the customer's website) compatible with Android and iOS, an application that works for restaurants and pizzerias with various features.
The main purpose of the app is to sell orders for both delivery by courier and pick-up at the restaurant and/or pizzeria. The web app is comprehensive and manages the entire sales flow, with a particular focus on direct interaction between the restaurant and the end customer. For example, when a customer places an order for delivery, before completing the order, they wait for the shopkeeper, who then sends an automatic notification to the customer, indicating the approximate delivery time.
This is very important to build customer confidence, avoid compromising the restaurant's work, and prevent customer disappointment due to unexpected waiting times. Once the approximate delivery time has been received, the order is automatically printed on the restaurant's printer (or on the kitchen order printer), displayed on the screen, and sent via email to the customer with the total order details.

ORDER WITH DELIVERY TIME CONFIRMATION
Both the restaurant owner (who can indicate the approximate delivery time) and the customer are fully informed about the exact delivery times of the order, thus avoiding misunderstandings and unnecessary waste of time in unnecessary communication traffic (emails, phone calls, etc.). Only after entering the delivery time can the restaurant owner send the order for processing. (However, this is optional, and the restaurant owner can also choose to disable this option and work in the traditional way without entering delivery times, which will be standard for all orders).
ORDER MANAGEMENT, CASH REGISTER, AND PRINTING
For a small additional fee, we provide WINDOWS-compatible software that can be installed directly on the restaurant's cash register PC. The software allows orders to be synchronized with the Progressive Web App, and also offers various additional features such as delivery time entry, customized printing of orders and ingredients, and the option for takeaway orders to be printed directly on a receipt without having to re-enter the order details at the cash register. The software is compatible with Windows Mobile and Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11.
DELIVERY AREAS AND RIDER MANAGEMENT
The restaurant owner can set up various modes to manage their deliveries. First of all, they can indicate on a map the area where deliveries can be made by their delivery person. Excluded areas and addresses will not be accepted in orders, or they can be accepted as reservation orders without home delivery.
Alternatively, the restaurant owner can also set a circular radius (in meters or kilometers) or limit the area using the end customer's postal code.
Riders can also be managed manually or synchronized with the major online rider management services for restaurants.
The restaurant owner can also add additional delivery charges based on the distance to the customer's address.
