The ZAPFEX module – Zapier Perfex CRM Total connector – allows you to synchronize your Perfex CRM management system with the Zapier ecosystem by creating various automated flows. The current version of the module supports the synchronization of:
  • Potential customers
  • Customers
  • Projects
  • Activities
  • Invoices
  • Ticket
Synchronization occurs both when data enters and leaves the Perfex management system, so you can collect data relating to entities and export and synchronize it on Perfex applications, and vice versa, you can take information from apps on Zapier and import it into entities supported by the Perfex CRM. This is a very useful module for creating various automated flows and processes, even using all the applications available on Zapier (e.g., Gmail, Excel, Facebook, Instagram, Salesforce, WordPress, Woocommerce, etc.).

Requirements

Minimum requirements for the Zapfex module (the module is also compatible with Perfex CRM version 3.1.5):

Minimum PHP 7.4 (obsolete), recommended PHP 8.1 (correctly configured)
Perfex CRM Version 3.1.5
Ioncube Loader pre-installed on the server Version 12 or higher
Zapfex annual license
