The ZAPFEX module - Zapier Perfex CRM Total connector, gives you the possibility to synchronize your Perfex CRM management software with the Zapier ecosystem by creating various automated flows. Currently the module version supports the synchronization of:
  • Potential clients
  • Clients
  • Projects
  • Activities
  • Invoices
  • Ticket
Synchronization occurs both in and out of the Perfex management system, so data relating to the entities can be collected and exported and synchronized on the applications in Perfex, and vice versa, information can be taken from the apps present on Zapier and imported into the entities supported in the CRM Perfex.A very useful module for creating various automated flows and automatic processes also using all the applications available on Zapier (e.g. Gmail, Excel, Facebook, Instagram, Salesforce, WordPress, Woocommerce, etc. etc.)

Minimum requirements of the Zapfex module (the module is also compatible with Perfex CRM version 3.1.5):

minimum PHP 7.4 (obsolete), recommended PHP 8.1 (correctly configured)
Perfex CRM Version 3.1.5
Ioncube Loader pre-installed on server Version 12 or higher
Zapfex annual license

Finally I got this zapier connector module and I am happy with it. I can import tasks from Trello, and adding support message request to tickets.
