PROGRESSIVE WEB APP DEVELOPMENT FOR RESTAURANTS AND PIZZERIAS
We have developed a Progressive Web Application (downloadable directly from the customer's site) compatible with Android and Ios, an application that works for restaurants and pizzerias with various functions.
The main purpose of the app is to sell orders both for delivery with a bellboy and for pick-up with take-away at the restaurant and / or pizzeria. The web app is complete and manages the entire sales flow, with particular attention to the direct interaction between the restaurant and the end customer. For example, when the customer buys an order in delivery mode (ie delivery with a delivery man) before completing the order, he waits for the shopkeeper who then sends an automatic notification to the customer, indicating the approximate delivery time.
This is very important to give confidence to the customer, not to compromise the work of the restaurant and not to disappoint the customer with unexpected waiting times. Once the approximate delivery time has been received, the order is automatically printed on the restaurant printer (or on the order printer in the kitchen), is displayed on the screen, and is sent via email to the customer with the total information of the order.

ORDER WITH DELIVERY TIME CONFIRMATION
Both the restaurateur (who can indicate the approximate delivery time) and the customer are fully informed on the exact delivery times of the order, thus avoiding misunderstandings and unnecessary waste of time in useless communication traffic (Email, phone calls, etc. etc. .). Only after entering the delivery time can the restaurateur send the order to be processed. (optional, however, the restaurateur can also choose to deactivate this option and work in the traditional way without entering the delivery times that will be standard for all orders).
MANAGEMENT OF CASH ORDERS AND PRINT COMMANDS
With a small additional fee we provide WINDOWS compatible software that can be installed directly on the restaurant's cash desk PC. The software allows the synchronization of orders with the Progressive Web App, and also allows various additional functions such as the insertion of the delivery time, the personalized printing of orders, ingredients, and the possibility of direct printing of the order for take-out. by receipt without necessarily having to recompile the order data in your cash register. Software compatible with Windows Mobile and Windows 7,8,10,11 versions.
DELIVERY AREAS AND RIDERS MANAGEMENT
The restaurateur can set up various ways to manage their deliveries. first of all, he can indicate on a map the area where deliveries can be made with his deliveryman. The excluded areas and addresses will not be accepted in the orders, or they can be accepted as booking orders without home delivery.
Alternatively, the restaurant owner can also set a circular range of action (in meters or km) or he can limit the area using the postal codes (zip codes) of the end customer.
The management of the riders (Fattorini) can also be manual or it can be synchronized with the major online management riders services for catering.
The caterer can also add additional prices for delivery based on the distance calculation of the customer's address.
