In this project, we proceeded to create the basis of the web platform starting from a project and initial design of the customer. The basic idea of the platform is to provide an artisan READY INTERVENTION SERVICE in a maximum of 1 hour from the request.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES OF THE WEBSITE
In addition to the classic CMS (content management system) support that can be used via the control panel, additional additional features have been added to the website to facilitate the user experience. In particular :
- CHAT in real time, with the possibility for the administrator to respond via smartphone to requests or via the web panel.
- Contact Form to request an overlay quote without the need to change the page.
- Visual Editor for the composition through "Drag and Drop" of the contents of the pages in a simple and fast way
- Import / Export functionality for billing management
- Geolocation of the private user and the craftsman
- Geolocation filter of the craftsmen available for the service
Thanks to these features, the site is performing and captivating. The innovative idea of guaranteeing the service in a maximum of 1 hour from the request is guaranteed through the geolocation and filtering service of the available artisans selected within a few kilometers of the request.
INTEGRATION WITH ADDITIONAL AND EXTERNAL SOFTWARE TO THE SITE
The platform is integrated with an external billing management software, and also with a WEB APPLICATION, which can be used as an ANDROID and IOS app with the same services and features of the site.
