Multi-store takeaway and delivery platform for restaurants and pizzerias

In this project, we created the integration of the e-commerce website with an innovative multi-store management system (marketplace) with the possibility of customizing the individual restaurant. The user can upload and modify his product at will, in a shopify-style interface, where he can enter both the price and the characteristics of the product.
Many options can be managed, such as customizing the product with the addition of ingredients and allergens, the cost for adding ingredients or the discount for removing ingredients.
The product can also be delivered with a minimum order required, or within a specific radius set by the restaurateur.

Several special additional features have been added to the platform for this type of Marketplace, which facilitate both the user experience and administrative management. Particularly :

• Order being accepted like Justeat, the user, after ordering, waits for confirmation and the time necessary for the delivery of the product. 
• Order refused for the administrator, if the restaurant is flooded, he can automatically refuse and refund the incoming order
• Menu management with QRCODE to provide a QRCODE to its customers with their menu uploaded to the website.
• GEOLOCALIZATION ORDER with the possibility of accurately entering the delivery area within which to accept orders.
• OPENING AND CLOSING HOURS with the possibility of rejecting orders outside working hours
• PRINT COMMANDS directly in the kitchen also through special Windows compatible software
• INGREDIENT MANAGEMENT for every single pizza or dish with the possibility of changing the price as the ingredients change
• PRODUCT PACKAGES with the possibility of creating packages such as pizza + drink at a different price
• PWA PROGRESSIVE WEB APPS with the possibility of installing its own PWA for each restaurant on the Android or IOS device

Thanks to these features, the platform is very complete. It is currently supplied in German but is compatible in multilingual mode, being able to translate up to 52 different languages. The PWA allows you to use the platform for each room as a web app that can be installed on your Android or Ios device with a user tracking system.

SEO MEDIUM SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION up to 25 Keywords

Included in the development of the e-commerce product customizer, we have integrated search engine optimization improving many basic parameters such as the site loading speed, various metatags and textual content of the site. This has given a significant improvement in SEO terms regarding the whole website, providing an improvement on the General SERP (Serp = Search Engine result positions, the relative position of the keywords on the search engine).
The optimization was done on at least 25 keywords competitive for the selected business sector, leading to an increase in traffic of about 70% more, and an increase in sales estimated at + 85%.

INTEGRATION WITH ADDITIONAL AND EXTERNAL SOFTWARE TO THE SITE

In addition to the previous improvements, we have also added integrations with various external software in the Marketplace e-commerce platform.
For example, integration with Shipping PRO, allowing non-restaurant retailers to be able to sell their products and ship them automatically without filling in labels or anything else, everything is done automatically, Shipping PRO directly sends the label to be applied to the package and the order is shipped.
We also added the RIDERS MANAGEMENT  for each restaurant / pizzeria, which can decide whether to manage the riders independently or use a third-party management software with geolocation of the delivery.
Also in this big project we have integrated the system of CASH ORDERS on windows pc  allowing the restaurateur to receive orders directly on his PC checkout, and to be able to accept them / set delivery times / refuse and / or print them. The CASH ORDERS software is synchronized in real time with the platform.
And finally, we have integrated a system of PRINT COMMANDS which can be sent to any Google Cloud Print compatible printer. Orders can be customized using print templates based on the type of restaurant / pizzeria.
