PERFEX CRM - ZAPIER TOTAL CONNECTOR
We have developed a connector module for PERFEX CRM that connects the management system to the Zapier ecosystem, allowing you to create any type of synchronization flow.
The module is very lightweight and simple. Once installed, it allows you to connect your CRM to ZAPIER and build your own automated flows (workflows).
The current version of the module supports the following entities of the management system:
- Potential customers
- Customers
- Activities
- Projects
- Invoices
- Ticket
Other entities present in the Perfex management system will likely be implemented in future versions if necessary. It is therefore possible to create/modify these entities through Zapier by building customized automated flows.
Installation
Installation is very simple. After purchasing and activating your user license (valid for one year), the Zapier Total Connector module can be downloaded either directly from this website or from the order confirmation email.
- Install and activate the Zapier Total Connector module on your Perfex CRM management system, from the Settings -> Modules section.
- In the Zapier Total Connector -> settings section, enter the license key you received after purchase and fully activate the module.
- In the Zapier Total Connector -> API Token section, click on "generate new token" and copy the new token generated. For security reasons, do not share this token with anyone, as it represents an access key to your management system.
- Go to Zapier.com -> Connections, and add a new connection for the Perfex CRM Zapier TOTAL Connector by Ideamedia application in the connection settings.
- Enter the URL of the management system and the API KEY generated previously in the connection parameters. The module is now ready, working, and connected to Zapier.
